“Great raclette”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 27, 2014

Very good food. Great wine that was recommended to go with fondue. Very nice, efficient and discreet service. A little expensive, but you can't expect anything different when in Zurich.
I will recommend this place for every person who want's to try traditional Swiss foods.

“You have to go there”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 20, 2014

No visit to Zurich is complete without eating at this restaurant. OTT with Swissness, great atmosphere and very pleasant and efficient staff. My daughter ordered the raclette with bacon and I had the veal cordon bleu, which was the best I have ever tasted. Our nearby table of Japanese tourists ordered, perhaps the most interesting combination of courses I have ever seen, which they all shared - enormous sausage in onion gravy, curried pork and rice, alongside cheese fondue - they did seem to enjoy it though! The next evening we returned to Swiss Chuchi after eating elsewhere, as we really wanted to try their apple strudel - we were too full the evening before and as it was quite late by then and there were a couple of empty tables the staff didn't mind at all in us only ordering desserts. This is a very popular restaurant so booking is advisable. Prices are quite high but they are everywhere in Zurich.

“Fondue Experience”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 19, 2014

Great Fondue experience...it was traditional and that is what we wanted to offer our children. Not a cheap eat...we ordered Fondue for two with a racalette which was ample for four adults. Great service and glad we tried it.

“FUN & fondue”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 16, 2014

Had to do it! We had gotten to our last night in Switzerland without having a "traditional Swiss meal." Our hotel staff recommended Swiss Chuchi because of the atmosphere and the food quality. We found them to be right on both counts.
After much debate we ended up ordering a house special - the Adler "special" fondue AND "bier"!
Were not able to eat all of the massive amount of fondue, but the bier, well, that was finished.
A bit pricey, but anything in Old Town is. In this case, worth the money

“Amazing what can be put on one table”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 8, 2014

We had dinner with our son and daughter in law. We ordered a mix of raclette and fondue, so the table was well loaded with heaters and plates of ingredients. Service was well paced and attentive. A busy and popular restaurant in the Old Town: booking advisable.
