Went to George Bar&Grill several times for drink and finally tried out their lunch. The restaurant is on top of the Zurich casino (entry by the left hand side) and has a great view on the other side of the limma.
In a good weather day, I really recommend to sit on the terrace and enjoy a bit of the summer. They have a simple but elegant menu, also a set lunch menu. As a devoted meat lover, I tried out their prime steak- perfectly cooked as medium, tender and juicy, a bit of New York in my mouth actually.
The wine selection could have been a bit more extensive and one has to be patient with the food, as it is quiet a popular place for lunch. But the food itself definitely worth it.
In terms of the bar, it is more 70's style with live music and piano, which I am also a big fan of. Given it is close to the office, I can imagine myself become a regular for the lunch menu already :).
