Congratulations to Sam and Leena who have just moved to a bigger restaurant and are finally open for dinner and on weekends! From their humble beginnings in Stampfenbachstrasse, to their new place in Oerlikon which has a beautiful and welcoming ambience, this is undoubtedly (one of?) the best Malaysian restaurant one can find outside of Malaysia.
The food is incredibly authentic and they are always so generous with the portions and ingredients used in their cooking. The satay in particular is undoubtedly their specialty. Every single thing Sam cooks tastes as good as it gets. You definitely feel transported back to Malaysia and the infectious warmth Sam and Leena exude just adds to the experience.
If you're looking for honest, excellent Malaysian cooking, this is the place to go! HIGHLY recommended!
