First visit since plant based switch. We were a little hesitant but so glad we went. The crispy seitan and rendang with jackfruit were delicious. The seitan especially (which used to be crispy duck) is still crispy and the sauce is peanut, chilies and citrus among others, I think. One wants to lick the plate. The flavors and spices are delicious. I’ve never had plant based kroepeck before but these were awesome.
This is somewhere we usually take visitors because the flavors are so unique. We will continue.
The owners have maintained the high quality and delicious food, while keeping to their own principles. And it’s an excellent effort. I hope they continue with success.
