I love this hotel so much that I have been almost every two Saturdays and Sundays. I didn't stay there but had tea and cakes in their lounge, very special. I entertained visiting friends there and also my mother, they all loved it. Service is a little slow and not so friendly, most times the staff did not even know what cakes they had on offer, they always had to ask someone else or check and revert to us a few mins later. Not all speak good English or French which was sad given that we are not locals and don't speak Swiss German or German. I also did not find them to be impeccable on the grooming (uniform etc) for a hotel of that standard. What is to be enjoyed though is the hotel itself, the sumptuous environment. Perfect to bring along a book, relax with a cup of tea. They also have newspapers available for guests to read. There is also a library corner where you can enjoy tea and cakes and browse through the books.
