We were wandering around after the shops closed looking for some place comfortable to eat and, since we were dressed in jeans and feeling a little travel weary, chose this because we thought we wouldn't be inappropriately dressed. My spouse wanted wings and our friend wanted ribs. Both were really happy with their choices. My husband ordered a lot of wings, don't think he realized just how many he was getting and he ranked them among the best he's had anywhere. I had a wonderful salad that surprised me with the warm apples and tastiness. It was very satisfying.
When the bill arrived I calculated that the wings cost $40, so if you go and ask for the large order ask how many wings are in the order and make sure you can eat that much or order the smaller portion. We left a lot of wings on the table.
Good beer choices. It's dark inside and there was a large table behind us that made conversation difficult, however, it's a pub and we realized that going in so didn't mind.
The young man who waited on us was extremely friendly and welcoming. The servers looked like they enjoyed their jobs and we saw a lot of comaraderie between the staff members.
