The fish is of the utmost freshness and the chef makes the dishes on request, which means having to wait a little while for your meal, but it's well worth it. My usual lunch costs around CHF50 (assorted sashimi and a couple of sushi, or just a variety of sushi with salmon roe, sea urchin, scallop, sea bream, avocado and crab, fat tuna, and salmon).
They do sell prepackaged sushi sets as well, and I've taken some home on occasion.
Set meals are also available, I tried the grilled eel menu once and it was very good, a lot cheaper than the sushi too at CHF25 (including rice, miso soup and a salad as well as the eel).
The owners and their children prepare and serve the food, and they're very friendly and pleasant.
