The most creative assortments made from this bean that I have ever tasted. Simply the best. They have grown over the past twenty years but have retained their personal touch.
Just taste it, and you'll want more, the real savour of chocolate. You'll love it and so will your friends who receive it. A perfect present.
True to every comment and review I read before going, this place is just definitely Not a MISS. though expensive, the pleasure you derive in seeing the hosts handling and packing the chocolates with so much love and care, is unimaginable. a small place so generally waiting time is long. truffles and centre filled chocs... what i bought for my family was wiped out in just a day. you cant stop eating one you pop one.
Oh my god .. what chocolates ... expensive though but worth every penny... just melts and you keep wanting more... my box of 250gm over in less than 15 minutes. what a variety. you don't buy here.. you bought nothing. its just too good.
only very slow service..have patience
I love walking past this shop when the door opens and you are immediately hit by a wonderful chocolate aroma wafting into the street.
When you enter the store you are met by an old fashioned long wooden counter and an array of delicious and sometimes surprising treats. For me this is the best chocolate in the Lausanne region!
While people who live in Lausanne often take Blondel chocolate as a welcome gift when invited to an evening dinner, the lucky tourists who fall on this shop often get a life-time experience when they go here. This is not to miss if you like chocolate.
