Was really looking forward to a great leaving meal at Anne-Sophie Pic's. having been to both Le cerf in cossonay and rochat in crissier, we were expecting similar standards. Unfortunately, with the exception on the beetroot starter (extraordinary), the scallops were overcooked, the sauce over salted. We were given an additional dish as a replacement...also oversalted. Sole slightly overcooked. Meat dish was forgettable, dessert (quince) was in edible (we all left it). The sommelier was rude and obnoxious.....the saving grace was the aperitif...very cool bar. Martinis mixed in front of you. Staff knowledgable and friendly.
So if you're looking for a gastronomic experience and a night to remember, there are many other options in Lausanne and the surrounding area.
