Stayed here with the family in early July. For a family of 4 we had plenty of space (more than we needed). The inside of the loft is furnished very nicely and gives this cozy yet artistic feel. The rooms are very comfy, yet a bit exposed to the rest of the house. The sauna and jacuzzi were to get back to, especially after cold or rainy days. The loft sits on a hill, which gives a great view of Zermatt. To get to town from the loft, its a shirt walk to the elevator right next to the Omniya hotel, which take you right to the center of town. Shops, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, coffee shops, and the train station are all within a 5-10 min walk from the loft.
The loft has all the things someone might need, and is great to stay at with a family. However, I wouldn't suggest to stay here with elderly people or anyone with a physical disability, as the short walk to the loft from the lift is rather steep and can get a bit tiring.
