A very cool design on the restaurant, it is a modern but with a ”warm” feeling. The food was excellent. For starters I had a superb Fendant (white wine) soup , a friend had the gambas –had to taste several times , also so good For the main course I had lamb with a “herbal crust” -can’t remember last time I ate such good meat –it just melts in your mouth. It was such a nice experience to eat there, you can quit clear taste that everything is homemade –there are no short cuts! I would warmly recommend this restaurant to everyone who is going to Zermatt.
