extremely easy and pleasant experience. admin staff helped me book in quickly. My pilot was super helpful and knowledgeable as he grew up in the area. we had to change takeoff locations due to the weather, and eventually had to cancel altogether - but the pilot and company were able to offer me another chance at taking off the next day.
I would recommend anyone booking this experience to stay atleast 1 night in Zermatt just in case the weather (wind) changes like it did in my case, so you have the chance to try again the next day without taking another train up….The trains are expensive in Switzerland….
My pilot Joël was extremely helpful, and when we did take off the next day I felt completely safe and comfortable, even with some optional “Gforce” spins near the end of the flight - really fun if you don’t get dizzy.
Further, Joel made sure we got plenty of different photo angles off the Matterhorn and surroundings, and we saw many wild mountain goats, which he also captured in our video. I was able to download my videos and photos almost immediately after we landed. This has been the highlight of my Europe trip! Highly recommend this company! I can’t wait to come back.
