Have been there twice, last in a warm March noon and we could eat under the trees outside. The place is really nice, hidden in the hill of Massagno and it is a place one never finds unless going there purposely. They have a "dish of the day" with a small selection or a menu. Interesting, concrete and consistent although not charming for the choice.
We had asparagus alone with egg and cheese and in the lasagne, and a fresh water fish and a sminuzzato di carne. We had probably some over expectations but although we liked the food it was "no surprise" in the good and in the bad sense. A small amount of house wine was correct. The bill in line with what should be in Lugano, the service fair and quick enough.
I place I would l surely return but left no fascination. I am probably a difficult guest to make happy while probably tolerant on the other hand.
