We decided to go and half a last drink as we were waiting for the train. What we found was very unlike the traditional railroad station restaurant; this is a pleasant place, looking new and well kept. We ended having snacks as well as a drink, and the food was really tasty and good. We were actually seated on the outdoor terrace, roofed and lto a large extent glassed in for more comfort and the view across the bay, the lake, the town and the surrounding steep wooded hills was magnificent. This is a place to come to even if don't have to catch a train. As the train station sits up a steep slope from the old town center, the walk up to it - you can almost call it a climb - is short but also pretty steep. However, you can get up there on the small cog wheel train that commutes between the station and a small square down town - for a fee, of course.
