This is absolutely the best hotel I have everrrrrr stayed in. Service is way above anything I have experienced. From the limousine service, to the front dest, to Concierge, to Restaurant staff, everything was beyond excellent. 5 stars hardly seems enough to describes the experience. You need to try it for yourself to be convinced.

Kudos to Michael, the concierge, and to Alexander, the restaurant manager, and all his staff. Excellent service beyond compare.

Not in the thick of the shopping district, but a short walk to Lake St. Moritz. Absolutely mesmerizing. If you have one place in Switzerland you want to visit, it's got to be St Moritz.

Excellent in every aspect. It's a truly 5 star hotel. Of course, its comes with the price...We booked through a travel agency and they have special rates. We couldn't afford/pay 600 euro per night and this is in a low season. During a high season it can be 1500 euro or more per night...But if you have this kind of money go for it! People who complain apparently have "celebrity" complex and always complain about lack of attention personally to them. Stuff is very professional and treats everyone equally there.

We had a junior suite at the Kempinski Grand Hotel in St. Moritz and spent 2 nights here after riding the Glacier Express from Zermatt. Both the exterior and interior of this hotel are stunning. The room was wonderful and spacious with one and a half baths. We didn't get quite the view we were hoping for (it was a side mountain view) but the service and comfort made up for it. I have slept on a lot of hotel sofa beds and the Kempinski's is the only one that didn't feel like a sofa bed. Our room rate included breakfast and dinner which worked out to be a good deal. Breakfast was great with almost everything homemade (including Nutella!) and dinner was an elegant 4 course meal. They even prepared something completely different for us when we requested a vegetarian meal with Asian flavors. (I had the best creme caramel ever!) We received free transport to and from the train station as well as free unlimited passes to the cable cars. Both the hotel and the town are beautiful. However, what sets this hotel apart from others is the service. Everyone, from the bellman who picked us up at the train station to the manager of the restaurant, goes above and beyond all expectations. From offering guests bottles of water as you walk out the door to wishing you a night of good sleep, the staff at the Kempinski are incredibly warm, inviting and caring. After all, when you're a true five star hotel, you know that these little things matter. Though this hotel may seem pricey, it is worth every penny for the experience. I hope to spend a week there someday!

What a grand hotel. Great spa, close to the ski lift. Great lounge downstairs, breakfast you can spend the whole day eating. Rooms very well appointed and ski arrangements top notch. Staff were very helpful

We had a lovely 2 nights at this fabulous hotel as our last stop after 4 weeks touring in Switzerland. First time we've stayed in a Kempinski hotel. All the staff was outstandingly attentive, smart, quick, neat and timely; exemplifying Swiss values. The staff at the restaurants, maitre's and waiters was OUTSTANDING!!!!!. Once of the most memorable stays I've had ever, knowing many 5 star hotels. Strongly recommend this hotel!!!!! The staff were friendly and attentive from start to finish, they couldn't do enough for us. We stayed in a junior suite which was really nice - well appointed. Food was perfect. The breakfast menu (included) was the best I've ever been to. Piano player was great in the ambience. Overall, perfect hotel stay....
