Outstanding venue, in a cave-like spacious room, with enough space between each table (in St. Moritz this is a real bonus!). The culinary experience is exceptional, one of the best you can find in Engadin, as everything is up to the 2 Michelin Stars if not better. Every dish is a surprise, for the quality, creativity, taste and presentation. On top of the menu of your choice, you are offered a number of additional small dishes from the kitchen, as well as sweet treats at the end of your meal. The wine list is also quite full and iinteresting.
The only thing that in my opinion does not match the overall very high level of this restaurant is the service: we were welcomed by a very young head-waitress, who wasn't able to explain the "menu" concept, reacted quite badly when one of our guests asked why it wasn't possible to order "a la carte" and in general made us feel quite uncomfortable. The other waiters were ok, but not at the level of professionality you would and should expect in a place like this.
