We would like to pay compliment to Ivan and his service. He took care of us like he is a boyfriend to a new girlfriend. Absolute attentive and gentle. His friendly and lovely attitude leaves us with an unforgettable dining experience. Thumbs up to Ivan.

This is a proud 3-star hotel in St Moritz with stunning views from it's dining room and it's carpark. Views to the hotel from the lakeside are also magical.
Considering St Moritz being a resort area for the rich, this hotel is reasonably priced. Breakfast in the dining room is a superb experience for the view alone. Their famous whiskey room(s) is another fun experience although I reckon know your tipple before you try may help you navigate their immense menu.
Our room was tight in contrast to its generous-sized bathroom. Room had an electric kettle. Unfortunately, we were not given a lake-side room eventhough guest numbers were low. Our room was above the delivery/rubbish entrance/exit which meant noisy mornings. We missed the farmers buffett dinner, darn.
In late Spring, St Moritz is just about completely shut so take time to enjoy the beauty of its 3 lakes and the mountains.
Tip: Head to nearby Italy for a day trip. Take the bus! The ride is well worth it but beware, cash rules in Italy.

Excellent location - very close to the train station & bus. On the lake, so peaceful to walk around the lake. The breakfast spread was splendid. Room was very neat with very comfortable beds. Hotel provided free transport for the short trip to the train station. Excellent service all round.

Hotel with perfect location, 5 minutes walk from train station, and 20 min to center. Make sure you book a room with lake view. Very nice rooms and good service from the team working there. Biggest whisky bar in Europe. Only complaint was breakfast buffet. Was not even refreshed one hour before closing. Very bad.

Room tip: Room with lake view
