We had a great time at the Carlton. The service was impeccable we couldn't have asked for more. We decided to have a treat half way through our winter tour of Europe and were not sorry that we chose the Carlton.
It was lovely being met at the station and assisted to our wonderful room. We had dinner at the hotel and the service was just wonderful particularly michaela, Anton and Josh. You were made to feel more like family than a guest in a hotel. Even though we had to leave early and would have missed most of breakfast Anoton organised for us to get an early breakfast.
Loved the view as coming from Australia we don't get snow in Queensland so having a view of the snow covered mountains and the frozen lake from our balcony was exceptional.

Room Tip: This might be a little expensive but worth every cent. Any room would be fantastic.

Dear Tricia M

We thank you very much for your outstanding feedback and we passed it on to all of our staff, especially the ones mentioned by you. Yes the view is just one of our unique selling points.
You can't missed it as all our suites are south facing with views of the frozen Lake St. Moritz and feature balconies or terraces ... Heavenly box seats for the numerous top events locally such as the 'Polo World Cup on Snow' or the famous 'White Turf'.

We hope you had great further journey through Europe and we look forward welcoming you back soon again and of course even more Australian clients.

Best wishes to Queensland

I could enjoy one night at the Carlton Hotel in December 2013 for business. Folks, I have seen many 5* hotels, but the Carlton St. Moritz is really TOP OF THE WORLD!

The location of the hotel is perfect - all winter you do enjoy the pure mountain sun, from early morning until the evening. Stunning view over St. Moritz and over the frozen lake - mountains in the background - a dream! imagine yourself sitting in -12 without a jacket at the sun terrace, nipping a glass of champagne...!

The rooms are extraordinary big - huge suits with all comfort you can imagine. General design is extremely warm, you feel comforttable from the first second. You have in your room everything you need - full electronic room controls, flatscreen TV, Nespresso, up to silky shoe bags, a suite bag and the latest Molton Brown bathroom products.

The service is outstanding - every staff member is extremely well trained. A warm welcome from the General Manager, a extremely helpful Concierge, a personal (of course fluent Russian speaking) Butler - the staff in this hotel is a perfect match, and this level is not easy to keep for a hotel, open only in winter.

Cool SPA, not very big, but fully matching to the Carlton brand design. Nice outdoor pool with mountain view - perfect for a swim when there is snowfall outside! All SPA area is very warm and in a cool design, with all services available you need - including towels, water, tea, fruits, bathrobes, shoes, Molton Brown products, etc. etc. etc.

Dinner was a blast - Restaurant Romanoff is a high-class place, where you feel warm and relaxed at the same time. Spacious sitting - and again perfectly trained staff. Living room with fireplace is cozy and stylish - live music, DJ! high life atmosphere - and, the best, permission to smoke a cigar near the firenplace. Breakfast buffet is state of the art with everything you can wish - and with staff, carrying every plate and glass you have in your hand directly to your table.

A stay at the Carlton Hotel can be a lifetime experience - go for the best and feel yourself like a Russian Tsar at this unique place! Will definitively return and tell all my friends and partners only the best about this hotel.

Room Tip: No need - only suits - every room is unique and a blast!

Long overdue review: Suffice it to say that this is an exceptional hotel--luxurious in every detail. I'm racking my brain to think of one that I've enjoyed more. Gorgeous suites with postcard views and butler service that will make you feel pampered. Every aspect of the hotel adds up to a wonderful experience. Food and service is incomparable. You will not be disappointed.

View of the lake and village from the hotel is postcard perfect. Staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. There's a ski shop in the hotel to rent skis and clothes and a van to take you to the lift. The concierge service arranged my ski lessons and they gave me great advice for my onward trip to Lugano that made my trip there that much better. The restaurant, the Romanoff, is a bit formal. Men have to wear a jacket to dine there, so be sure to pack at least one set of nice clothes. I am not sure what requirements are put on women. There is not much in town in the way of restaurants so you'll probably be eating most of your meals in the hotel. Pack a swim suit because the heated pool also has a view of the village and lake. Pricy but well worth it.

A luxurious hotel that provides an exceptional service. The suite was modern, luxurious and beautiful with a butler service at your disposal. Extensive spa and pool area to enjoy after a long day on the slopes. The Romanoff restaurant food and service is simply amazing. Complimentary shuttle service to the Corviglia mountain railway. Very friendly and helpful staff. All round a superb and luxurious winter ski holiday.

this is the 2nd time i stay in this hotel and i am so amazed of the level of service. It is just so nice to see so many professional and friendly crew. The price is not the cheapest but you can not find cheap hotel in St Moritz any way.
The breakfast is great but the food at Romanov restaurant is pretty boring:-(
