During our skiing holidays we went to this excellent restaurant. All dishes were delicious and original, while using mainly Swiss made ingredients. That is why it is a pity though that the caviar was French production, whereas nowadays there is really great Swiss caviar such as the Oona caviar from Frutigen which is of top quality and better than the French one we tasted at Igniv. Overhaul this restaurant is to be recommended. Besides the great disches, also the interior design of the restaurant is cosy and beautiful.
