The Salastrains restaurant is beautifully decorated, the food is scumptious (particularly the Don Arturo mixed salad which is the best I've ever had), and the staff are terrific. The head waiter, Mr. Maurizio Grillo, is fun, lively, and very accomodating. This is one of the two best mountain restaurants in Switzerland, the other being the Weissfluhjoch Gipfel restaurant at the very top of Davos/Klosters.
