We went for lunch, 4 People. I had Consommé with vegetable Julienne (beef broth) and celery Risotto with pike-perch baked on the Skin. The soup came lukewarm; I had to send it back. The celery Risotto war completely without spices/salt and was horrible - the fish was very good. I told the Chef, who disappeared into the kitchen, only to never reappear again. Needless to say that every item was on the bill, there was no excuse and not even an espresso on the house. St. Moritz is quite expensive anyway and I definitively do not need to spend money for bad quality – result: I will never go back.
