The hotel is perfectly located for everything that you want to do. Rooms - although recently renovated - are very much in line with what you would expect from a ski resort hotel. Not overly flashy, but does what it says on the tin. Breakfast is exceptional, service is very friendly and professional and the pool area is a nice relaxing experience. We certainly enjoyed it and will chose it again when we are going back for the Swiss alpine week next year.

This is a very nice hotel and everything you would expect from a well run chain hotel. It's very clean and comfortable and the staff are all very pleasant. Our roome was lovely and the bed was very good indeed. The breakfast was one of the best I have had, ever!

Ok with it been a chain hotel it feels a little bit soulless but they all do so their is nothing they could do about that but I do have a few issues. The wifi is quite poor and cost €10 for 4 hours I think all hotels in this day and age should have free wifi and all 6 of the other places we stayed on our trip did. Another problem is the hotel is also always trying to sell you something from the bath salts in the bathroom with a price tag on to the €4 packet if crisps!

Stayed for just two days here, but it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff are very courteous and the rooms are comfortable. I had a very good view from my room balcony too. The cafe and the restaurant are also very good, and I enjoyed having a heavy and hearty breakfast in the spacious hall, with an excellent view of the mountains from my seat. The beautiful swimming pool is a must visit, even if you don't know how to swim. I came by Glacier Express from Brig and it took me 5 hours. I would suggest travelling car to Davos...
