on the trip from Laax to Zurich we took some time to have a nice lunch in Chur, and the Obelisco looked like it could be a nice place to continue the after Christmas celebrations.
When seated, we've been asked if we wanted an apéro or some wine, which we kindly declined, but still ordered 2 glass of prosecco: the waiter made clear he didn't agree!
Despite the EMPTY place, we were put under pressure to order, and when the meal arrived it was potentially delicious, but soooo sooo soo salty. I won't loose time to explain how it went on, I just think it's a lame service/kitchen for a Gault-Millau rewarded restaurant.
