I greatly enjoyed my stay at the hotel it's very clean and tidy with fantastic customer service everyone went out of their way to offer the best possible service. The restaurants are fantastic along with a well priced broad range wine selection

We have been coming to this hotel for many years now, in winter. The quality never changes, it is dependably excellent. The rooms are quiet and comfortable and lacking for nothing. There is a choice of three restaurants and we always eat in each. There is a "posh" one with gourmet food, a grill with first-rate cuts of dry aged meat (which also serves as stylish breakfast room and lunch room), and a Swiss-style rustic restaurant for local dishes. The staff are friendly and efficient. The lounge is small (the hotel consists of three houses, combined) but cosy. One downside: as a non-smoker, I avoid the bar which doubles as a smoking area; there is also no door or wall between the bar and the small lounge, so the lounge can get smoky, despite the hotel's attempts to extract the fumes.

Room tip: Make sure your room does not overlook a restaurant

We first stayed here two years ago and only had wonderful things to say. We thought it couldn’t be better...but it was even better the second time. Flowers, chocolate and a handwritten note awaited us in our room. The staff is so friendly and kind. Of course, it is all about the food. Three restaurants with different menus offer hotel guests a choice everyday. All the food is outstanding: from pizzas to gourmet dinners. The hotels location on the Inn River provides a peaceful location for outdoor dining. Rooms have extra storage, large flat screen TVs. Our favorite hotel in Switzerland!

This hotel and its great restaurants were a great find on TripAdvisor. We loved our 5 nights and 4 days here!!!

We had suite #216 with a balcony looking out onto a beautiful view. It was spacious and everything functioned perfectly. The bedroom was upstairs, so that is a bit problematic if you need to use the bathroom during the nighttime. But I would choose this room again, as it was so comfortable. The wifi functioned very well, which we greatly appreciated.

We had decided not to stay in St. Moritz, based on what I'd read, and we were so glad we stayed in a small town instead. We spent a day in St. Moritz; a day in Chur to see its Old Town; and spent 2 days hiking and walking the many trails through this beautiful scenic part of the Alps. There are also many gondola/cable cars up mountains that you can take and then do hiking from. We chose not to do this, as we had done this quite a bit in other parts of the Alps where we'd been earlier on this trip.

For Americans like us, it seemed very "un-touristy". It seemed like it was a destination for other Europeans on their vacations--not a destination full of international tourists like the Bernese-Oberland.

We were so impressed with the breakfasts at this hotel. All of the ingredients seemed fresh and must be locally-sourced. In addition to all of the buffet items, you can request eggs, cappucinos, etc. Everything was delicious!

The hotel offers 3 restaurants--be sure to make reservations as they get crowded. We ate 2 dinners at Heimatli and 3 dinners at Ouandas. Every dish was fabulous. Heimatli is more traditional Swiss food; Ouandas is more grilling fare with an extensive menu. I will write separate reviews of these great restaurants.

Lastly, the employees at the Rosatsch were so wonderful. It seemed like they all had some English--some better than others, of course. But we were always understood. Everyone seemed warm, hospitable and happy in their jobs. This speaks to us of good management.

This place is fabulous. Not sure if its because we were the ONLY tourists in this beautiful little town and hotel...but we loved everything about it & Celerina.
We had the most amazing room with views that just looked out to mountains from our bed. Beds are different to Italy where we had just come from...Two big large singles together with seperate quilts.......but it works.....Wonderfully. Best nights sleep we had in 2 weeks was here. Weather it was the amazing clean air, the beautful food we ate at the only restaurant open in the town, or just it all. The lady who checked us in and out was so helpful. Booked our taxi for us, got us coffee & croissants early as we needed to get going, posted our postcards for us. Would love to go back there and hope to again one day soon in the near future. Just catch at taxi from the train station to the the hotel. cost around 15 euro

Room tip: Just out of St Mortiz and a little slice of heaven
