We had the half board option at this hotel/restaurant and were offered a four course menu each evening. The menu was delicious with a variety of offerings not all being typically Swiss. The soups were delicious and the main courses were not too heavy and expertly cooked. Desserts and starters were also varied with each of us claiming a different one as the favourite for our stay. A good sign!
