We stayed for a week skiing and were pleasantly surprised. We found the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpful. Hotel has faded Edwardian charm but renovated in places and very clean. Lovely old dining room but not shown to it's best potential e.g. white, bright but not showing the lovely art deco features. If you are looking for a boutique hotel this isn't the place e.g. no flat screen TV's etc but very good value for money, clean and lovely relaxed feel. However we are in our 50's, were with friends and not looking for wild apres ski!
