The Hotel Victoria Lauberhorn's restaurant, the Restaurant Lauberhorn, was surprisingly good, and relatively inexpensive (it IS Switzerland).
We had local fish, whitefish and salmon, and it was done very well, and was served with fresh vegetables and small white potatoes.
Our waiter was Spanish, and spoke Spanish, German (of course), and nearly-perfect English. He was courteous and prompt.
We had a few glasses of Swiss white wine, and a single dessert, and our bill came to about 75 ChF, (sadly, now about one-to-one with the $).
We were very pleased with dinner.
We'll probably go back before we leave Wengen (which I will highly recommend in another review.)
