The restaurant's best seating is along its wall of windows perched on the edge of the gorge overlooking the mountain. The menu covers the usual range of Swiss dishes and then some, including fondue, raclette, rostis, and sausages. I ate here twice while staying at the hotel, and everything I had was well prepared, and exactly as expected. The house specialty rosti, ham and cheese over hash browns, was especially good. They also have soups, salads, and desserts, if you have room, and a reasonable selection of beers, wine and other drinks. The decor is very clean and modern. The hotel is nice too.
