We had a superb meal and very friendly and sweet service. Simon, owner and chef, came out to check on us twice...so nice. The absolute best dish was the filets of rabbit with peanut sauce, lemon-bags and asian veggies, but the tasting menu was crazy good too: salmon and beef carpaccio with truffle oil and roasted pine nuts and wasabi sorbet, Ravioli with ris-de-veau and ricotta and mushrooms, duck breast with vegies and balsamic peppercorn sauce, amuse bouche of carrot ginger soup with smoked ham and sesame pastry stick, and very unique dessert of mango/avocado tower, lemon parfait and chocolate fondant. delicious swiss wines to accompany. an amazing first meal in Switzerland; ready to hike tomorrow!!
