The service was pretty slow, from ordering to the end. We ordered a fixed price meal for two, with a chicken dish and crispy grilled duck. The appetizer and the entrees tasted great -- no complaints with the food at all.
Then we waited for the dessert of fried banana ... and waited ... you get the idea. Finally, I managed to flag (I mean actually waving) down the waiter. Only then he admitted that the fryer had "broken" and it would be a while longer. (Note to owner: teach your people to be flexible and honest, perhaps offering a substitute.) Well, it finally came. Then the bill; after waiting quite a bit more. He brought the credit card machine to the table and ran my wife's credit card. "It wouldn't take it." Really? We tried my card, and it ran OK -- but the paper tape ran out (he forgot to notice the warning). (We charged on her card the day after at another restaurant with no problems.)
