It was a mind blowing experience that I've ever had in my life. The view of the jumping location is stunning which made me forgot about the fear of the jump. The jump turned out was not scary at all, it was a really enjoyable experience and I felt like I was flying like a bird! I wish it could last for longer.

My instructor and the camera flyer are both very professional and made sure the camera always capture the best moments/pictures - there were too many. I watched the video again and again to relive my experience.

Thank you Skydive Switzerland!

I must have chosen the best place to do my first tandem jump and what a great experience it was! The view during the flight up and during the jump itself completely blew me away! The crew was absolutely professional and comforting - their expertise in skydiving shines through their personalities. I trust these guys with my life and glad I did. My instructor Mick was a real cool guy. He has logged over 12,000 jumps and best of all he's also very photogenic - he made sure the GoPro cam always points to the right direction for the video! My video came out perfect despite initially feeling slightly off as it was not possible to arrange a separate videoman to jump together that day (too many people skydiving on that day). As for the jump itself, there was nothing to be scared about it. It was a fun ride all the way. The sensation of freefalling and reaching terminal velocity for almost a minute is something I can never forget. If you are doing your first tandem jump here, you can't go wrong. These guys are the best! Thank you Mick. Thank you Skydive Switzerland!

I am betting everyone's first time sky diving is a nerve-wracking experience. It was for me. I wanted to make sure the sky diving company was reputable, professional, and detail oriented.

After reading reviews on TripAdvisor, we decided on Scenic Air. We are ECSTATIC we went with them. This review is coming from an extreme worrier. I'm pretty sure I considered every unlucky contingency leading up to the jump. So, if you are a worrier, this review is to ease your nerves.

The experience was a model of efficiency and professionalism. The email responses to questions were fast and same day, the bus arrived exactly as scheduled to pick us up, the instruction period was informative, but not painstakingly long, and everything worked like clockwork regarding the jump - they even sent us our videos on the very same day. We could not have felt more safe and comforted as first timers with this team. I left the experience envious of their awesome job. They are not just a sky diving team, they are Top 3 life memory creators.

Helpful Tips:

1) They will pick you up from your hotel in Interlaken, which is extremely helpful. Our bus arrived at 8:30 am, exactly as scheduled. The drive is about 20 minutes to the jump area.

2) From pick up to drop off, the experience lasted 3.5 hours. As I mentioned, everything was a well oiled machine. However, we never felt rushed. They took the necessary time needed to explain, instruct, and comfort (if needed). We were dropped off at 12 pm and could have planned another activity for the day. We were happy sitting back and discussing the experience though.

3) I was most concerned with becoming detached in mid air from the tandem master with the parachute because I weigh 215 lbs, and I know that must be a lot of force on the attachment clips. You are attached at 4 clips to distribute the weight. The instructor assured me that 4 is overkill, and that even 1 clip could likely hold the weight. The weight limit is for the RESERVE parachute, so not for your attachment clips, and not for the first parachute. This was comforting to know.

4) There are 2 parachutes. One that they pull, and a reserve patachute in case something happens with the first chute. There is also a computer in the backpack that automatically deploys your reserve chute at a certain altitude. This was also comforting to know, just to have that back up in case something happened to the instructor mid air or to the first chute.

5) You receive instructions twice. Once on the ground, and once about 3 minutes before you jump. Your nerves will get you, so it was great to have a refresher mid air.

6) BUY THE VIDEO. The video is over 1/4 the price of the jump ($120). I was dead set on not spending that money. I was convinced at the last minute by my girlfriend and was so happy I was. The adrenaline you experience while jumping is indescribable. I'm not sure what science is behind it, but your body does a great job of trying to erase the memory of you jumping out of a plane and speeding toward the ground. All I can remember is a few flashes and an incredible feeling. You will ABSOLUTELY want a video to relive it. Think of it as a $120 now for something you will still be watching 30 years from now.

7) If skydiving is on your bucket list, this is the country to check it off. Skydiving in the Alps is just ridiculous to witness. Words can't describe being parallel to white capped mountain peaks. It gives you a perspective to their grandeur that you can safely jump out of a plane at more or less the height of the mountains. Also, the Swiss are efficiency and safety machines. They have their act very together, so you don't have to worry about safety like you may have to in some other countries.

8) JUST DO IT. If you are a worrier like me, you could put off this bucket list item for your whole life. My recommendation is to pull the bandaid off. The instructors have jumped thousands of times. They do about 6-8 jumps a day, every day, every year. You would have to win the unlucky powerball for anything to happen. You may not have the time, money, or nerves to do it tomorrow, so if you are in Switzerland, make sure to make time for this memory!

I can't even begin to describe how amazing this experience was! I was blown away. They picked us up from our hostel which was really convenient and dropped us off when we were finished. We left at around 8:30am and was already back by 12pm. Irene was so sweet! She kept kidding around with us and making us feel better as our whole bus was a little quiet- I think because we were nervous. We got there and they didn't waste any time going over some important parts and details and then getting us ready in our jumpsuits and gear. They are incredibly fast and efficient but it isn't too fast to where they sacrifice your experience. I thought we had to have like an hour or 2 hour long course to go skydiving but Andy quickly showed us what to do and assured us they would take care of the rest. We were on the second plane so we got to see people jumping and landing which was fun! I was with Andy and he. Is. Awesome!!! He made me feel so comfortable and was so nice. I bought the video only- no pics- and let me tell you IT'S WORTH IT! My boyfriend didn't care either way if he bought it or not, but I told him it's going to go by so fast, I didn't want to land and then not be able to remember it so we both bought one. They said it would take up to 3 days to see it but we just went today and we already have it!! We have laughed so hard and enjoyed them so much already. I felt so safe and so comfortable with them. They're very professional and very VERY friendly. This was our first time jumping (and where better than the Swiss Alps right?) and they made it one to never forget! I'm so happy I waited to go skydiving somewhere cool and even though I never dreamed it would be in Switzerland, I couldn't be more happy with how today went. I even cried at the end (I know...lol) because I was so grateful for the scenery and the experience and also so thankful that they took such great care of us. Thank you Skydive Switzerland for giving me such a fabulous gift on my vacation!
