This hotel is definitely an interesting experience to live. The service is fine, welcome drink in a bar made of clear ice is charming. Walk with snowshoes is pleasant, and allow to discover the beautiful site. Rooms are nicely carved and sleeping bag are really warm but humidity can be a little annoying (drops falling from the ceiling) and you must not be a neat freak. Personally I slept well, my wife not so well she was annoyed by the tidiness. The sauna is really warm and great to warm yourself when you are too cold. The spa is outside so you need real motivation to go in it. The diner with cheese fondue is not so good, cheese is to salty, my kids didn't like it and my wife didn't eat much. The breakfast takes place in a restaurant close to the village and is really good.
The real great interest of this experience is the landscape, see the sun rise be the first on fresh snow, it's really beautiful.
An experience to do in your life, could be a little less expensive but I understand that rebuilding an hotel every year is not a small job.
