Situated very centrally in the hotel of the same name, this is a very good restaurant with a thankfully small number of dishes on the menu. They do a pan-European cuisine with some Eastern touches. Their specialities seem to be fish dishes (tagliatelle with gambas specially to be recommended) but they also do veal, lamb and steaks. Vegetarians are catered for although not extensivlely with one or two mediterranean dishes. Booking at weekends is strongly advised. Good selection of local wines and portions which are neither miserly nor so large that they Spill over the plate. Count about 70-80 CHF per person for a three course evening meal with wine and or less if you order less.
