If you are looking for a wonderful experience then it's the right place. We didn't expect too much before going there but the result was amazing. Enjoy the time you spend there by relaxing yourself and feeling you are on another part of the planet.

“Delicious”
Reviewed June 3, 2013

Friendly and cosy atmosphere. The view towards the garden nice and on a sunny day must be beautiful to lunch or dine at the terrasse. An escapade. Nice appetizers were offered. The contents of the plate corresponded to the menu card's description and was definetly delicious. Worth trying.

“The best in Neuchâtel at the moment”
Reviewed March 30, 2013 via mobile

We have never been disappointed here. The service is friendly and efficient (but can be a little slow when full) but what sets it apart is the quality and the presentation of the food which easily match those of Michelin-starred restaurants elsewhere - a dish will often comprise three or four mini-dishes, each beautifully presented and with combinations of textures and flavours to delight the palate. The choice of open wines is good (the wine list is good too) and the sommelier is enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The dining room is in an architectural conservatory (warm and not draughty in winter) with a sheltered, sunny terrace which is lovely in summer.

“What a treat !”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

We organized a lunch for 28 guests saturday last. Jean-Yves Drevet spoiled us during nearly 4 unforgettable hours. Just give him a call, make up a menu and let him and his team treat your as a king !

“Over priced and pretentious”
Reviewed September 22, 2012

I have been to many restaurants of this standard and have got to say that I was very disappointed by this experience. The service and environment put us off as soon as we sat down. The attitude of the staff was very pretentious and we were made to feel very that it was a real inconvenience to have us in their restaurant. Example, I requested toast and was told that they could only do one thing at the time with an extremely arrogant tone.... Not what you would expect from a restaurant where you pay over 60 CHF for a main course....

The food was good but the service and atmosphere clearly kills it. I would not go back. There are many better places in the region. For example Restaurant Du Peyrou is a much better choice!!
