We really just stumbled into this restaurant as we wanted to eat before visiting the Swiss Transport Museum. The staff were very friendly and when one didn't feel she had sufficient English she fetched another staff member to help explain things. Flammkuchen is a Swiss/French pizza (for want of a better description). It is a very thin, light crust and the toppings were delicious. They were also reasonably substantial. The fresh bread was also lovely and they were helpful in our beer and wine selection. You could certainly say 47chf (about A$60) is a lot for 2 pizzas and 2 drinks but we knew what we were ordering and the price and again we walked away happy so if you want something a bit different with lovely helpful staff and a great position near the lake you might enjoy this one. (There were other dishes beside the Flammkuchen )
