We had only 2 nights to stay in Lucerne and this was a great choice! We were easily able to locate the hotel and walked with our bags easily to and from the train station.
The staff were very helpful with maps, recommendations and Toblerone chocolates :)
i think because it was our honeymoon we were treated to a cheese and fruit plate and bottle of red wine (all came in handy!)
The room was elegant and comfortable but very small.
Our only complaint was the 30 Swiss Franc breakfast which we skipped in favour of local cafes (within a block or two) which were more reasonably priced (12 - 15).
