We stayed for a three night break in December. Weather was mixed, but then again it was December so what do you expect?? A really nice hotel. Reception was welcoming and very helpful with our queries about local attractions. Room was above the main entrance, which is on a side street off Pilatusstrasse, and therefore a lot quieter. Adequate size and comfortable.
Choice for breakfast was excellant and staff friendly, albeit it at times we had to ask for things to be replenished, which was done quickly. About five minutes walk from the main train station, straight down Pilatusstrasse. We didn't dine in the hotel, simply because we enjoy exploring local restaurants. Good value for a central location. We would certainly stay again.
