I stayed for 24 hours in Geneva, after the long trip from Australia and before traveling on to my next destination. Eastwest was great. Very calming, clean, week organized, with elegant modern design style interiors. The restaurant, lobby, lounge and outdoor courtyard are very impressive spaces. I arrived before check in time and was offered a choice of waiting for my assigned room or taking an available room, which I accepted. the single room was not large but very well designed and ideal for me with nice opening windows ( double glazed, how Swiss) on to the street. The hotel is located a block back from the lake and a 10 minute walk to the station, but the surrounding streets can be a little seedy (I got propositioned) although not threatening. The main shopping streets can be accessed by a 15 minute walk, or even better by catching the little ferries from right near the hotel. Overall I was very impressed in this boutique hotel. I selected it from Trip Advisor and it lived up to or surpassed my expectations. TIP the Molten Chocolate Cake served in the restaurant is to die for, one of the best chocolate fondants I have ever eaten.

Room Tip: I had a first floor room overlooking the quiet street and it was fine

I stayed one night at the Eastwest Hotel and found it very comfortable. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to the the main attractions of the city. I found the hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. The hotel room was large and spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby! There's a restaurant in the hotel but unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try it - next time! I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone who visits Geneva!

Great location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, modern guest room/bathroom. It is a block from the lake, in walking distance to Old Town, and is a 5-10 minute walk from Gare Cornavin. Also very reasonably priced (especially given how expensive hotels in Geneva can be).

Great little hotel located in central Geneva. Close to all amentaties and requirements for a perfect stay in Geneva. Was able to walk anywhere in old Geneva or to the train station without any issues.
For meals, the hotel is in a perfect spot, nothing too far. Lake Geneva is right around the corner and if you dare, the Red Light District is a block away.
The rooms are perfectly designed, clean and feature all one would need/want in a room.
Only concern was the strong perfume smell in the main lobby, almost overbearing.

Room Tip: Had a room facing the inside court, was very quiet.

Stayed here several times over a number of years. Standards have not changed - still first class service from all of the staff and faultless accommodation. Didn't eat in the hotel as it is too expensive. However the hotel accommodation is still excellent value for money for Geneva - room prices have remained constant for years. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Geneva. Red light district seems to have moved nearer to the hotel in the past year - but the district still seems very safe and not threatening at all.
