“Only place I have ever enjoyed beer”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 8, 2013

A family friend up until recently lived near Geneva. We used to stay with them on our way back from skiing holidays. It was decided we would have an evening out so our hosts son took us to Les Brasseurs as our first port of call on our swiss pub crawl. I loved it and the novelty of ordering a pipe full of beer and pulling our own was a thrill to us all!

“Great beers and nice food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 15, 2013

Came to Lea Brasseurs with three friends. It was busy but that did not detract from the prompt and friendly service delivered by Monique. The homage beers served in 5 x 1/3 pints were absolutely gorgeous we had to have a second serving. Generous portions and very tasty burgers. Will definitely visit again when back in Geneva!

“Nice diner feel to it”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 14, 2013

This place is big and tends to get packed. I had one of the Swiss dishes, which was quite hearty and largely portioned. Service was fast and cheerful.

“Good food and nice beers”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 11, 2013

I went here with three friends and we had a great time.

Good welcome and we were quickly seated and the hostess, Monique, spoke good English. We went for the detestation beer menu which is 5 x one third pints and these were delicious but also great value at 9 francs. There is a great choice of food and some of us went for the Le Brasseurs Burger which was good with plenty of fries. One of us had pizza which was nice and tasty.

Overall this was a great night and good value for Geneva at 180 francs for lots of beer and wine and four main courses.

Great atmosphere and I will be back.

“Comfort food and superb beers”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 8, 2013

This unpretentious place always makes for a great evening. It is usually packed, so warm atmosphere guaranteed, the homemade beers are unique, and the food is delicious if unsophisticated: huge sauerkrauts, Alsatian flammekueche (similar to a pizza), very Swiss rosti, and the like. Service is very professional, which is even more remarkable given that customers come in droves. The place also doubles as a pub, and you can just come for the beers - or even take them home. It's simple, and it's one of our favourites.
