Spend some time here and understand the history of the city and how over the centuriies it has gradully grown one on top of the other

Very interesting! This was a must see. What they found under the cathedral boggled my mind! Artifacts that you can touch, baptism baths, ancient mosaic floors, and a human skeleton! They also have personal electronic tour guides in several languages.

I took the audio tour twice; once alone and once with hubby. It's far bigger and more interesting than expected. It's a better deal with the 3-pack price of this, the Reformation Museum, and the climb to the cathedral towers. A few times we were confused which way to go: if an arrow points to a solid line, that means go there to the dead end and come back before continuing.

Really disappointing! Just a bunch of stones with explanations, so you can make a diffrence between the stones of the kitchen, the stones of the bedroom and the stones of the street! I call that a rip off for tourists.

Very interesting and well-preserved site, shows the layers of buildings through history like a russian doll, right back to roman times.
