Very interesting for visiting! There is excursion in English every Saturday at 14:00. Unfortunately I was a bit earlier.

Thank Natasha S

As someone with no background in engineering and a poor record of timekeeping, I found the whole experience to be absolutely fascinating and visitor-friendly, from the free lockers and water cooler in the basement to the amazing making-of animations, which are a feat of engineering in their own right. Seek out the tiny birds who pop out of the pistol-shaped pieces and watch the video explaining how they work. I found it absolutely mesmerising. Bear in mind, you need a couple of hours to get the best out of your visit - we arrived just over an hour before it closed and ended up missing the film screening. Costs about CHF10 to go in I think (less if you're a student under 25) - well worth it in my opinion.

If you've got a mere Rolex in Geneva, you haven't made it. You've made it when younworkmat thevUN, get ferried around in a black Mercedes E Class and wear a Patek Pillippe - preferably a complication. Visit this wonderful museum and go and rob a bank- you'll need to to own one of these gems!

Truly amazing to see what a craftsman was capable of 200 years ago with a piece of metal and a file! A real "wow" experience for geeks, engineers, accountants, craftsmen and artists. Not great for small children (obviously!)

Don't bother if you have younger kids. There's nothing to touch, and the displays are high up, so you'd have to carry your child most of the way if they want to see anything. Most of the information is in French only, maybe 20 or 30 percent is translated to English, which is unusual for a private museum.

If you absolutely love watches, go, but otherwise skip it.
