If you've got a mere Rolex in Geneva, you haven't made it. You've made it when younworkmat thevUN, get ferried around in a black Mercedes E Class and wear a Patek Pillippe - preferably a complication. Visit this wonderful museum and go and rob a bank- you'll need to to own one of these gems!

Truly amazing to see what a craftsman was capable of 200 years ago with a piece of metal and a file! A real "wow" experience for geeks, engineers, accountants, craftsmen and artists. Not great for small children (obviously!)

Don't bother if you have younger kids. There's nothing to touch, and the displays are high up, so you'd have to carry your child most of the way if they want to see anything. Most of the information is in French only, maybe 20 or 30 percent is translated to English, which is unusual for a private museum.

If you absolutely love watches, go, but otherwise skip it.

Captivated for over two hours! Such history, so well presented too. Friendly and helpful staff, superlative displays of all things Patek Philippe including the founders, their papers and ledgers. All exhibits explained in English too.

Number 2 attraction in Geneva?? Come on!! First of all, a brands museum shouldn't charge for the entrance, let alone charge more for a 1hr tour! The watches are beautiful, but the place is cold and impersonal. Many parts of the information are only in French. Worth going if you love watches, but not even close to a top 5 attraction in Geneva
