On our tour in Geneve we were recommended to visit this globus food hall, were we first ate the balik salmon at a sefood bar, caviar house & prunier. Balik is a salmon smoked according to a recipe of certain wood of russian tzars. The salmon melt in your mouth, please choose balik no. 1.
It is recommended to pair it with champagne. If you like salmon, try it you would not regret.
The food hall is nice and packed. You can find all sort of dishes, and also a great variety of patiserie.
