excellent location and good soace rooms but expensive , Parking is an issue because you have to pay an extra money for parking.

Great Location and Price, the only negative was the restaurant, prices for dinning were way too high, had the breakfast and it wasn't any better than what I get complimentary at other hotels all the time, but Bristol's price is $40/plate.

Different options are offered for dining and for the breakfast too. Our gourmet restaurant Côté Square, awarded 15/20 by Gault & Millau, serves menu as of CHF 57.- for lunch and CHF 76.- for dinner; room-service or our Côté Café restaurant have less expensive dining menus.
Same for breakfast which starts at CHF 13.- whereas our buffet breakfast at CHF 39.- offers more than 100 home-made organic products. It can also be included at a discounted rate if bought on our Website. And remember that booking in direct gives you the exclusive advantage to get a free and guaranteed upgrade.
Nonetheless, I am very sorry to read that we didn't fulfil all your expectations even though you appreciated our location; I am pleased that this was a positive thing for you.

The location is excellent with the old town area only a short walk across the bridge. The interior is stylish and comfortable and the food (with obvious French influences) is excellent. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and everyone speaks perfect English (a bonus for those of us who struggle with the French language). It is not particularly expensive in comparison to London hotels but Geneva is an expensive city so not a place for a cheap holiday. We stayed in one of the basic rooms which nonetheless was quite spacious elegantly styled. The whole hotel is a calm oasis in the city and decorated throughout with beautiful displays of orchid (even the restaurant tables each have a small pot of live orchids). The daily breakfast is a nice feast of well cooked fresh foods and even the baked beans seemed to be freshly made (and hugely better than the canned varieties !)

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff, clean and quite room for my 14 month old. Location was perfect for exploring Geneva. Hotel gave us free transportation passes for bus, train, and ferry. Originally booked for two nights thinking to explore more of Switzerland but extended our stay at the hotel to explore more of this great city. Our son loved playing in all the great parks in this city.

Best location in town
The rooms were spacious and clean. We had three boys in one room and they loved it
