Third time visiting the Bristol and we have had fantastic stays every time. Perfect location, easy to get to from the train and right near the lake. Good breakfast and very comfortable rooms. Always greeted very warmly even though we tend to arrive in the middle of the night.More

Very conveniently located in the center of Geneva with easy access to the embankments and old town. Excellent restaurant (had breakfast and lunch there). Not far from the central train station making it easily accessible from the airport.

This hotel is in the best location in Geneva with regard to public transport (close to train and central bus stations), restaurants, and site seeing. A big thumbs up to the staff' as they were super friendly and helpful especially when I needed help with restaurants and finding things.

Was my fist visit to Switzerland-Geneva attended a business conference. A clean and beautiful country with friendly people. It was pretty easy to navigate. The hotel was clean comfortable room, the staff was friendly and readily assisted with whatever needs I had. I stayed for 5 days it was a good place to be away from home. No problem with communication as the staff speak English as well as other languages.
We had a very pleasant experience at Hotel Bristol! First, the help provided by Marie before booking was very helpful and much appreciated. The location was excellent and we received a warm welcome at check in. We were kindly upgraded to two deluxe rooms and the connecting option was a perfect fit for our family. The rooms were clean, modern, nicely decorated and had nice views! Also, I LOVED the room darkening/security shades. They helped our children to sleep past sunrise :)
Every time we arrived back at the hotel we were greeted with professionalism and friendly smiles - one of the staff even gave my two year old daughter a little teddy bear, which she absolutely adores. It was such a pleasant experience and we would highly recommend others to stay!
