Room was nice, lots of room. No kettle, but a coffee machine. Bed was comfortable. There is no iron or ironing board in the room, so you have to ask - i think they have one for the whole hotel as i could only have it for an hour at a time.
I did have an issue with one of the room phones beeping during the night (4.30am) which is why i am marking the sleep quality lower - if this had not have happened it would have been excellent.
Food and drink were nice, but expensive. I stayed in the hotel as we had a work conference meeting in there.

Sorry if you felt like we had only one iron to lend for the whole hotel; we have a few of course, and for security reason we lend them only for one hour time. And I deeply regret to read of the concerns you had during your stay with our phone; please accept my most sincere apologies and be sure that we will correct this issue right away.
I do hope however that the areas of dissatisfaction shall not dissuade you from staying with us in the future.

The hotel in general is good , but the selection of food is very limited especially for those who are allergic on specific types of food.it would of been nice if I didn’t had to repeat that I have allergy on any dairy products.

It's a very good property! Very near to Geneva Lake & railway station! Staffs are very helpful & cordial! However, there is room for further improvement in the breakfast spread! Otherwise, it's a very good place to stay in Geneva!

I was in Geneva in early April 2019 for an international medical congress and stayed at the Bristol. I agree it's an excellent hotel for both business and leisure, well-located, and really one of the truly classy European hotels - on part with the Adlon Kempinsky in Berlin. I would like to single out the chief concierge, Herr Nicholas Muller, who provided local excellent advice and also promptly sent me by mail a pair of sunglasses I had left in the room. For those seeking a grand hotel experience in Geneva, I recommend the Bristol.

Excellant hotel for both business or leisure , rooms are spacious, clean , and comfy .. I loved it .. the only drawback they dont have a reward program for regular travellers this may not be tempting ..
