We found out that you booked a stay in January with us at a non-refundable rate with a distributor, but arrived one day before. We couldn't waive the fees as this was paid in advance and not refundable with a third-party, but did our utmost to apply the best possible rate for your stay in direct.
We regret that your reservation was wrong and based on a non-refundable rate, which obviously is subject to very strict conditions that you agreed with while you booked.
