Only stayed 1 night, there were 2 of us in a 3 bed room. The 3rd bed was taken by someone else but it had enough room once bags were put away in lockers.
Showers and toilets were clean and easy to use. If you dont take your own towel you'll be given a very small one but can purchase/deposit for bigger one.
You have to make your own bed and then return the bedding once you check out which i thought was a bit cheeky! In a decent location of the main street from the train station for looking round though. Would recommend keeping window shut, we left ours open due to warmth and noise was relentless during night with street cleaners and cars driving by!

Stayed for one night in Geneva whilst passing through.

Some Pros and Some Cons.

Pros.
Good location, near train station, trams and all amenities
Rooms were Clean
Check in was quick and hassle free
Convenient for short stay
Good wifi at no extra cost
Had several beers so didn't hear any noise

Cons
Reasonably expensive even by Geneva standards
Bathrooms were of average cleanliness
Not enough showers on the floor we stayed on
Double rooms were not very spacious for two guys with lots of luggage

Served a purpose for short stay, perhaps wouldn’t stay to long however.

Nothing too surprising. Centrally located but in an uninteresting area. Bed was comfortable, room was fairly small for 3 persons. Lockers provided in the room were large enough to fit my large suitcase and backpack. Bathroom and kitchen are what you would expect from a hostel. Only thing missing was a gathering spot for socializing (i.e. bar/game room/tv room). There were also several middle-aged (40s/50s) people staying there so it did not feel like a youth hostel. I guess the prices in Geneva are to blame for that. There was a discount supermarket nearby (Lidl) so that was helpful for breakfast/snacks. Wifi was reliable. However A/C outlet hanging over the bed would not fit/hold my American plug adapter so I could not charge anything. I'm assuming it works ok with European plugs. Would come here again based on the value.

A really good hostel with a nice chilled out vibe thanks to the staff. It is clean and comfortable and z free travel pass for all public transport saved me walking round in the rain all day. Geneva itself as a city was a bit of a let down to look around there wasn't the lively atmosphere you get in other places; too many diplomats I expect. I can't fault the hostel though, good maps, good advice, good hostel.

I would highly recommend this hostel to people who are going to Geneva with: - tight budget but still want to explore - during low seasons - well behaved Basically all you need to do is: - pay the rent, get the room, get some rest and cut the crap. Suitable for: - Easy going backpackers - Maybe even for people who has a tiny little bit OCD - A little compromise of convenience but next to the noisy main street. - Cheap hostel, served by friendly staff who WON’T treat you like a VIP in Four Seasons but will patiently pointing you the directions Farmer Market I accidently walked into this farmer market.
