Very convenient for railway station and in an ok area of the city, reasonably close to good restaurants. Very courteous and helpful staff. Interiors of public areas and rooms are smart, modern, quite compact but boutique-y. Despite what other reviewers have said I though the breakfast was pretty good (but I agree it was expensive): a range of hot and cold food and drinks, fruit, cereals and pastries. Croissants were very good. There was a microwave and kettle in my room which I didn't use, but could be useful I suppose. Free Wifi was a definite advantage. I'd say it offers good value for Geneva and I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel has certainly a boutique feel to it, but perhaps is just missing the extra edge. Reception is friendly and efficient. Breakfast well catered for. Room service is provided only until 22h00. Rooms are fresh, clean and well apportioned. Wifi is free and reliable. Channel choice feels limited. Considering the (just not it ...) area, the rates feel somewhat over-priced.

Stayed here with freinds over New Years Eve and the hotel is great! the location was excellent for the train station a short walk to the centre for bars restraunts and many shops and Lake Geneva only possible set back is that it is on a main road, however this never bothered us and there was no noise in the room.

Room was fine, nice big size plenty of room for moving around, bathroom was well kept, very clean, lots of wardrobe space!

Really cannot fault this hotel.

This hotel was a good value for Geneva, but not a 4 star hotel. I think previous reviews made it seem nicer than it really was. I felt a bit neutral about the experience. The location was convenient to the train station, but the area was just so-so. Our room was average in size. The flooring was a little worn looking. The door didn't seal, so all the sounds in the hallway including a crying child came right in. The room was decently clean. The free use of the business computer was nice, but the business room was messy. The 2 elevators were tiny, but at least they were there. For an economical and short stay, it is fine, but don't expect to be wowed.

Great location near the train station. Hotel is well taken care of; descent sized rooms and pleasant decor. Maybe a bit too modern for some but I think it's a nice contemporary property.

Also a great deal for an overpriced city. Their sister hotels (edelweiss, royal, Epsom) are also very nice, clean and have high levels of service.

I stayed at this hotel for two times, and both times I was very satisfied with the service I got. The hotel is very close to the train station (some 3 minutes by foot or 1 tram stop) so it is very easily accesible. It took me only 15 minutes from the airport to the hotel (I used the train connecting the airport and the town centre)!!! Also, you can easily reach the city centre by foot.
Rooms are well equiped, very clean and spacious. My room vas looking at the railroad, but it wasn't too noisy. There is a free internet in the rooms. Some rooms have a small kitchentte.
The breakfast is rich, but maybe to expensive (28 CHF).
I would definetly stay here again.

This hotel is located right next to the train station, so if you are coming in by train, it is very convenient. It is the center of the city, so everything is a quick cab ride away, though the neighborhood is just a couple of blocks from the red light district, so the shopping is not great. (The old city across the river, with its many galleries, is much nicer but there are few hotels there, and it is the long cab ride if you are trying to get to any UN events.)

The hotel toom was well apppointed--great down comforter--but seemed a bit small. When I checked in, they said I was lucky because they were out of standard rooms and had to give me a deluxe room, so the standard rooms must be very small! I was expecting a grand suite from the way the staff raved about my good luck.

The breakfast is an outrageous 28 Euro charge, for what is essentially some rolls, juice and coffee. Here's a tip: If you eat at the bar, it's only five Euros for a croissant, coffee and OJ. The only difference with the serve-yourself sitdown breakfast is that you get cheese and have access to (mostly canned) fruit. Or you can walk a couple of blocks and eat at a cafe. I have traveled the world and this is one of the biggest breakfast rip-offs I have ever encountered.
