The hotel has a nice atmosphere, clean and spacious rooms, very friendly and helpful (German/French/English speaking) staff, a bar and a restaurant with sufficient choices of food and drinks. The breakfast is simple continental, but complete (fruit, cereals, rolls and breads, juices, hot beverages, boiled eggs). The rooms have all facilities you need, including air conditioning so you do not have to open the window during the night, which also lets in lots of noise from the road and loads of mosquitos. The shower in the bathroom was a very pleasant surprise, with a very large shower head.
The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are busstops very close by to take you to the city center or to the airport/Palexpo convention center (20 min by bus). The hotel is a few minutes walk away from the botanical gardens, where there are also nice places to sit and have a drink or a bite to eat. The center is approx. 25 minutes walk away along the boulevard, which is a tip for a nice summer afternoon/evening. The local people tend to hang out on the grass along the boulevard and have a picknick, which is a lot nicer than the expensive terraces in the center filled with tourists.
The hotel is reasonably priced for Geneva. Not the cheapest, but most definately also not the most expensive and gives you a good quality vs value deal. I was there for business purposes, but the hotel is just as suitable for leisure purposes. I would definately return if I need to be in Geneva again.
Also, the hotel provides you with a public transport card for the duration of your stay, which allows you to make use of all buses, ferries, trains within a certain zone of Geneva for free.

i stayed there for a period of over 2 weeks and am very staisfied with my stay. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are a bit small but batrooms are nice. It is located nicely in front of a park which overlooks the lake and a 10-15 min walk or a 10-min bus ride away from main city center. Located very close to WTO, UNICEF, UNO, etc. One drawback - not too many shops or restaurants nearby, but then the city center is a short walk away & the area is safe. Room internet connection avlble at around 10-12 CHF per stay period.
The staff are very courteous and friendly - especially the front desk young beautiful ladies. They help out with most requests. The breakfast is nice & filling (though a change from day to day to the menu wouldnt harm) and the other meals are competetively priced and very well prepared.
I had given their address as my forwarding address and even now - after a period of a month - they diligently call me to inform me whenever any mail arrives in my mail.
Yes, i am very satisfied and will definitely recommend this hotel.

Title says it all. Clean, comfortable, up-to-date rooms. Good breakfast. Great staff. Nice location on the lake (easy walk for dinner, runs for exercise, leisure walks). Not far from free tram line (13 & 15). But mostly, you just can't beat the value. I'm normally very fussy about hotels, and have high standards .... I stay here every time I come to Geneva - a few times a year - and am never disappointed.

Spent 4 very comfortable nights here. This is an immaculate and well presented hotel with pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. We were on a B&B tariff but also chose to dine here each evening. The meals were of very good quality and quantity and the prices were far more reasonable than in many city centre restaurants. We did not find the situation of the hotel to be of a disadvantage as the No 1 bus runs very regularly and can be caught just along the road from the hotel and drops off just opposite the front door. If you need to transfer to and from the Airport the No 28 bus terminates at the Jardins Botanique which are about 100 yards from the hotel. The bus stop for the return journey to the Airport is on the opposite side of the road. There is also a large yellow sign indicating the direction of the hotel on the traffic island. Walking into the city centre takes 20-30 minutes and the walk along the lakeside is very pleasant and picturesque. The hotel also provides guests with a complimentary public transport pass.

It is normally not the hotel I ´go when I am in Geneva. However, it is sometimes difficult to get a room in Geneva when we have major event there. It was therefore an opportunity for me to try Eden Hotel. The Hotel is not easy to find, but it is very close from Rue de Lausanne and 2 tram stops from the main rail station. Rooms and service are ok. Prices do vary depending on occupancy rate, so watch out.

Very clean, beautiful hotel w/ excellent service, lovely knowledgable staff, and nice location. Not in the city center, but a short bus trip (free bus passes at check in) away (10 mins to train station). Located across the street from the park and lake and near the Botanical Gardens. Rooms are small, but very comfortable and clean. Bathroom has full sized tubs. Nice breakfast included and small bar open in the evening.

Stayed in this hotel for three nights over the new year period.
Hotel staff were friendly and the hotel package comes with free breakfast which is very good. There was also complimentary tea service at the lobby (although there is no electric kettle in the rooms)
Rooms were big, clean and tidy. Toilets seems to be renovated before and is very new, accompanied with hairdryer and all other basic necessities.
Hotel is situated in a safe environment close to the UN. Even though it is a 15 minutes walk from the city centre, hotel offered free transport cards (on all buses) which adds a personal touch to the stay.
